Muay Thai

Our Muay Thai training program teaches the art of eight limbs, focusing on strikes using fists, elbows, knees, and shins. We provide comprehensive training that includes technique drills, pad work, sparring, and conditioning. Athletes learn both offensive and defensive strategies, improving their overall combat skills and physical conditioning.

Kickboxing

Kickboxing at A3 Sports Group covers all aspects of the sport, from striking techniques to defensive maneuvers. Our trainers emphasize proper form, speed, and power, ensuring athletes can effectively apply these skills in both training and competitive scenarios. Sessions include bag work, pad drills, and sparring, coupled with strength and endurance conditioning.

Boxing

Our boxing program focuses on developing fundamental and advanced boxing skills. Athletes learn footwork, punching techniques, defensive tactics, and ring strategy. Training includes shadowboxing, mitt work, heavy bag workouts, and sparring, all designed to enhance speed, power, and tactical understanding.

Grappling (jiu jitsu)

Grappling training at A3 Sports Group emphasizes Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques, including submissions, positional control, and escapes. Our program includes drilling, live sparring, and situational training to develop proficiency in ground fighting. We focus on technique, leverage, and strategy, ensuring athletes can handle themselves effectively in grappling situations.

Pre-Training Preparation

If it’s your first time, come 15 minutes prior to meet training staff and get comfortable with the space.

We recommend a burn fast or high-protein snack so that you are full of energy.

Come mentally prepared to train and ready to push yourself. Our trainers are ready to answer any questions.

Make sure to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout your session.

You can get your towel in the changing room, it’s free.

For first time entry be sure to address the front desk so they can assist you in locating the correct gym.
