Functional Fitness

Our functional fitness program is designed for the general public, catering to all ages and fitness levels. We focus on exercises that improve overall fitness, including strength, cardiovascular health, flexibility, and mobility. Whether the goal is weight loss, muscle building, or general health improvement, our trainers create personalized programs that help clients achieve their fitness objectives.

Train Like An Athlete

This program offers custom and dynamic performance training for amateur high school and collegiate athletes. We assess each athlete’s needs and goals, creating a comprehensive training plan that includes strength and conditioning, skill development, and mental conditioning. Our aim is to replicate the training environment of professional athletes, providing young athletes with the tools and knowledge to excel in their sports.

Pre-Training Preparation

If it’s your first time, come 15 minutes prior to meet training staff and get comfortable with the space.

We recommend a burn fast or high-protein snack so that you are full of energy.

Come mentally prepared to train and ready to push yourself. Our trainers are ready to answer any questions.

Make sure to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout your session.

You can get your towel in the changing room, it’s free.

For first time entry be sure to address the front desk so they can assist you in locating the correct gym.
