Train Like An Athlete
Pre-Training Preparation
If it’s your first time, come 15 minutes prior to meet training staff and get comfortable with the space.
We recommend a burn fast or high-protein snack so that you are full of energy.
Come mentally prepared to train and ready to push yourself. Our trainers are ready to answer any questions.
Make sure to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout your session.
You can get your towel in the changing room, it’s free.
For first time entry be sure to address the front desk so they can assist you in locating the correct gym.
