IQ Development
Improving game intelligence is crucial for any athlete. Our IQ development program includes strategic training, game theory, and decision-making exercises. We utilize video breakdowns of professional games and simulate real-game scenarios to teach athletes how to read the game, anticipate opponents’ moves, and make quick, effective decisions under pressure.
Pre-Training Preparation
If it’s your first time, come 15 minutes prior to meet training staff and get comfortable with the space.
We recommend a burn fast or high-protein snack so that you are full of energy.
Come mentally prepared to train and ready to push yourself. Our trainers are ready to answer any questions.
Make sure to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout your session.
You can get your towel in the changing room, it’s free.
For first time entry be sure to address the front desk so they can assist you in locating the correct gym.
