Strength Training

Our strength training programs are customized to build muscle, enhance power, and improve overall athletic performance. Each program is tailored to the athlete’s sport and individual needs, focusing on exercises that enhance explosive power, functional strength, and injury prevention. Our trainers use state-of-the-art equipment and techniques to ensure optimal results.

Speed Training

Speed is a critical component of athletic success. Our speed training sessions involve specialized drills and techniques to improve acceleration, top-end speed, and agility. We employ scientifically-backed methods such as resistance training, plyometrics, and biomechanical analysis to maximize each athlete’s speed potential.

Agility Training

Agility training at A3 Sports Group focuses on improving movement efficiency, quickness, and reaction time. Our programs include ladder drills, cone drills, and sport-specific movements that enhance an athlete’s ability to change direction swiftly and effectively. This training is crucial for sports that require rapid adjustments and high-level coordination.

Flexibility + Mobility

Enhancing flexibility and mobility is essential for preventing injuries and improving performance. Our programs incorporate dynamic stretching, static stretching, and mobility exercises tailored to the needs of each athlete. By improving joint range of motion and muscle elasticity, we help athletes achieve greater efficiency in their movements and reduce the risk of injury.

Pre-Training Preparation

If it’s your first time, come 15 minutes prior to meet training staff and get comfortable with the space.

We recommend a burn fast or high-protein snack so that you are full of energy.

Come mentally prepared to train and ready to push yourself. Our trainers are ready to answer any questions.

Make sure to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout your session.

You can get your towel in the changing room, it’s free.

For first time entry be sure to address the front desk so they can assist you in locating the correct gym.
